I created this online sanctuary because I know that in a world full of noise, we need a dedicated practice to ground our energy and expand our nervous system capacity. Here, we don’t just wait for a reason to laugh. We make the conscious choice to engage in laughter as a tool for deep, somatic regulation.

Week 1 Spring Cleaning for the Soul
Focus: Releasing emotional residue and stagnant energy.
Shake off the winter weight not just from the body, but from the spirit. In this session, we use the Laughastè 21 flow to clear out the mental clutter and make room for fresh joy. We’ll focus on rhythmic breathing and somatic releasing to dust off the nervous system and start April with a clean slate.
Week 3 Innercise for Inner Peace
Focus: Nervous system capacity and regulation.
Fitness isn’t just for your external muscles; it’s also about your joy muscle, your vagal tone. Join us for a deep dive into "Innercise," where we prioritize nervous system regulation. We’ll move through a somatic laughter flow designed to expand your capacity for stress, concluding with our Inhale Love, Exhale Laughter integration to seal in the tranquility.
Week 2 The Oowee Awakening
Focus: Grounding and finding your center
High energy meets deep stability. This week is all about the Oowee Anchor. We’ll explore how to stay grounded even when life feels chaotic. Through targeted asanas and intentional laughter, you’ll learn to tether yourself to the present moment, leaving you feeling steady, centered, and regualted in your nervous system.
Week 4 Blooming in Stillness
Focus: Integration and growth.
Growth doesn't always have to be a grind it can be HEALariously joyful. Our final April session focuses on the "bloom." After we move through our somatic laughter flow, we’ll spend extra time in the integration phase, allowing the seeds of joy we’ve planted all month to truly take root. Walk away feeling expansive and ready for May.
