Laughastè Yoga & Laughfirmation Activation
The Laughastè Lift Off Experience opens with a 75-minute Laughastè Yoga activation, an embodied practice designed to RAset the nervous system, RAlease stored tension, and activate joy through intentional laughter.
Laughastè Yoga is a laughter-based somatic experience, infusing laughter yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, rhythmic clapping, playful innercise's, and guided laughter meditation. Rather than relying on humor or jokes, laughter is used as a mind–body tool to move InnerG, shift emotional states, and reconnect participants with presence and ease.
This opening experience sets the Innergetic tone for the entire gathering, creating a sense of safety, openness, and connection within the body and the group. Guests are invited to move at their own pace, honor their bodies, and engage in laughter as a form of sacred medicine, prayer, and RAlease.
