Your lunch break is about to become your favorite part of the day.
On May 20th, I’m bringing Laughastè Yoga to the Westwood Village for a special Laugh on Lunch pop-up.
This is an internal workout, we’re doing a 10-minute somatic reset to flush out that morning stress and expand your nervous system capacity for the rest of the day.
